Metalla Completes Acquisition Of Strategic Nevada Royalty Portfolio

VANCOUVER – Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd. has completed the previously announced share purchase agreements with Genesis Gold Corporation and Geological Services Inc., to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Genesis and Geological. Genesis and Geological hold a portfolio of eleven royalties in Nevada and Utah.
