Agreement For Acquisition Of Mineral Rights Of Lithium Creek Property

VANCOUVER – Apex Resources Inc. has entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA) to acquire all the shares of an arm’s length corporation holding a 100% option over the consolidated mineral rights of the Lithium Creek Property in Nevada.
