VANCOUVER – American Pacific Mining Corp. has entered into an agreement with Constantine North Inc. (CNI) and Dowa Metals & Mining Alaska Ltd. to acquire Dowa’s interest in Constantine Mining LLC, the holder of the Palmer VMS Project.
